| Message/Mission statement: To save life in remote parts of the Peak District and surrounding areas. |
| Description: A totally voluntary organisation set up to to locate and recover injured or lost people from the hills and dales of The Peak District and surrounding areas. The team also assists the police in searching for vulnerable people in other areas where a there is a risk to life. Additionally the team assists the emergency services at times of storm or natuaral disasters where there is a risk to life. |
