It's all about the journey.......
We work with our clients to establish where they see themselves being in, say, two years time.
We agree with them the steps that they need to take the journey from where they are now to their chosen goal.
This could mean getting training and qualifications, attending a work experience placement with a local employer and getting help with job search tecniques. Or it could mean that they need support in retaining a job that they already have.
This all forms part of an individual action plan, and we work with our clients every step of the way, providing encouragement and support and removing barriers.

Pentreath was established in 1989.
In Cornwall, about 4,500 people every year will experience severe mental illness. These are ordinary people like you, your family and friends.
Each year we offer training, work experience, recreational and employment opportunities to around 1,000 of these people.
About 8% will find employment..............
